Added bonus of getting a sneak peek at works in progress and upcoming collections Booking fee goes towards your purchase or is forfeited in case of a no show.
Cancellation Policy
I understand sometimes things happen, therefore as long as you cancel at least 6 hours before your appointment there will be no penalty. However, cancellations within the 6 hour period will be still be charged 50% of the service cost, no shows will be charged the full service cost.
